Girls 16U softball wins the Triple Crown Fall Festival and the Long Island Riptide Classic

The Plainview Little League Softball program is comprised of both competetive and non-competetive divisions. Our program begins with a co-ed T-ball Division for Kindergarten aged children and progresses through the Senior League for Girls aged 13-16. We also have a Challenger Division open to children of all ages.

Each season, the players will build on the skills that they acquired during the previous season. Players in our non-competitive divisions will progress from hitting off of a tee, to hitting pitches thrown by coaches, to hitting pitches thrown by a pitching machine and finally to hitting pitches thrown by other players. Within our competitive divisions, the rules are modified for our younger players and then become more like standard softball rules as the players get older and more advanced.
