Spring 2012 Registration Information

The 'early' registration period has ended. All registrations submitted at this point will require the full registration fee.

Registration will formally end January 31. The maximun number of teams per division and the maximum number of players per team has been determined. If space is available in a particular division, additional registrations will be accepted for that divsion. If a division is full, additional players will be placed on a waiting list.

All returning players must be registered online. Please note that T-ball players are never considered returning players even if they have played in the Lil Hawks division previously.

There are no more in-person registration sessions scheduled at this time. Please see below for instructions on how to register at this time.

In-person registration sessions for Lil Hawks, T-ball and other new players:

Friday November 18, 2011: 6:45pm-8:45pm - POB Library Room B

Friday December 16, 2011: 6:45pm-8:45pm - POB Library Room B

Friday January 20, 2012: 6:45pm-8:45pm - POB Library Room B

Instructions are provided for 6 different types of registration:

- Lil Hawks - Pre-K

- T-Ball - Kindergarten

- New Little League Players - Grades 1 - Little League age 12

- Returning Little League players - Grades 1 - Little League age 12

- Challenger Division players - ages 8 - 18

- Senior Division players - Little League ages 13-16

Please note that if you register multiple children online at different times, the system will not apply the multiple child discount properly. However, you will receive a refund corresponding to the discount amount.

Some info regarding friend requests... at the youngest levels (Lil Hawks and T-ball), we allow each child to request to be on a team with one friend. We will do everything we can to make sure that these requests are honored. Hhowever, if multiple friends are requested, or a friend chain is formed (ie child 1 requests child 2 and  child 2 requests child 3, etc), we may or may not honor these multiple requests. We do not want to end up in a situation where most children on a team know each other, leaving a couple of others as "outsiders." We will try and honor requests at the Clinic level as well when possible. From the Rookie divisions up, friend requests take a back seat to doing what we can to ensure that the teams are as even as possible and will be ignored in divisions where the teams are drafted.

A word about managers and coaches... volunteering to be a manager or coach does not guarantee selection as a manager or coach. All managers are selected by the division directors with the approval of the board of directors. In the Lil Hawks, T-ball and Clinic divisions, the coaches are selected by the division directors, with the approval of the board of directors, and are assigned to the managers by the division directors. From the Rookie divisions on up, the managers select their coach with the approval of the division director and board of directors.
