After a great weekend of baseball the 10U Boys Hawks have advanced as the 3rd seed into the East Meadow Tournament semi-finals. Opening victories against Manhasset and NBNM put the Hawks in a great position. On Friday a 4-1 loss to a very competitive HBQVB helped to set up the semi-final rematch. Saturday's victory against Long Beach sealed the deal. On Sunday a time-shortened affair ended tied 4-4 after 6 innings with all the momentum swung to Plainview's way.

Plainview Blue finished the Qualifying Round of the Tournament 3-1-1.

On Tuesday the Hawks will rematch HBQVB with the hopes of advancing to the finals on Wednesday against the winner of East Meadow vs. Long Beach.
